Persuasive Writing

WALT: To persuade the School Principal to make the School the way we want It.

Mrs Trotter I am  writing to persuade you to get a cafeteria because we.have never had a cafe.  the year 7&8 students  can run the cafeteria and we can get the food from sydenham bakery.

And the year 7 and 8s can make some her/himself i'm sure that the rest of the students will like it as well.

The negatives are the cost of the food and the cost of the building .And if there was an earthquake it might break.

They can practice tricks and we could put the

tramps into the ground so no one can steal them.

Mrs Trotter I have researched this and I think we should have a tramp because they are fun for kids to do tricks and they are safe because we can put foam under the tramp. We could get the money from a fundraiser like a sleepover at the hall  or a bake sale.

Mrs Trotter I have got this information and I think we need lego because like I said if people are angry they can take a break and it is fun  we can get the money from a bake sale or a fish and chip day where we can have the parents pay for the your kids and the teacher can bring  the fish and chip a round to the classroom

Shrapnel Valley, Gallipoli

17 May 1915

Today I feel depressed.  One of my friends got shot in

the chest.  Duffy carried him down from the battlefront.

I tried to get him to the boat but he died.

When we got back it was tea time. I could smell bully

beef.  I gave some grass to Duffy.

During my day I saved 15  wounded soldiers, 2 of them

died.  I got one wounded soldier from the battle front.  It

was frustrating.  When I put a bandage on him a bullet

zoomed past my head.  I felt frightened because it could

have got me.  Duffy carried the wounded soldier down

from the battle front.

I wish I could go home and have some vegetables and a

roast.  I really want a bath.  This war is tiring
